If a port has been down since it was modeled in SPECTRUM and the Port Always Down Alarm Suppression attribute is set to Enabled, this port will only be polled once per hour (every 3600 seconds). In addition, all ports that are administratively down will only be polled once per hour (every 3600 seconds). A port that is administratively down will show up in OneClick with a status of “disabled.” Its ifAdminStatus will be down, and its internal_link_status will be “disabled.”
