Displaying Multi-value lookups fields

I’ve figured out how to pull mutli-values by selecting the attribute and value desired from the odf_multi_valued_lookups and then doing a lookup through the following query to get the value you would see in the Clarity Application.
SELECT N.NAME FROM CMN_LOOKUPS L, CMN_CAPTIONS_NLS N WHERE L.ID = N.PK_ID
AND N.LANGUAGE_CODE = 'en' AND N.TABLE_NAME='CMN_LOOKUPS'
AND L.LOOKUP_TYPE='$InsertAttribute/DatabaseColumn'
AND L.LOOKUP_CODE=’$InsertLookupID’;

What I don’t know is how to format the output from this. For a concrete example, on projects, we indicate what campus is affected. Using the following:
Project: Project A
Campus: UA, UIS, UIC
In the Clarity Application, on the project, it would look like the attached file: Campus_screenshot.png

How do I format the output to be able to use in a report to have the following where it is comma separated or new line separated.
UA, UIS, UIC
Or
UA
UIS
UIC

Thanks.
