TurnOff Tracer Directive Option still valid?

I'm trying to put the following in my custom pbd file for Wily, but I still see the classes appearing in the autoprobe log. I'm trying to remove them:

SetFlag: JAXBAccessorClasses
TurnOff: JAXBAccessorClasses
IdentifyMatchingClassesAs: "*JaxbAccessor*" JAXBAccessorClasses

However, later in the Autoprobe, these are showing up:
Processing class com/railinc/tracingplatform/model/_1/TemplateWrapper$JaxbAccessorF_template
Processing class com/railinc/tracingplatform/model/_1/TracingDataTemplate$JaxbAccessorF_id
Processing class com/sun/xml/bind/v2/runtime/property/TagAndType
Processing class com/railinc/tracingplatform/model/_1/TracingDataTemplate$JaxbAccessorF_name
Processing class com/railinc/tracingplatform/model/_1/TracingDataTemplate$JaxbAccessorF_description

Is the TurnOff directive still valid? Would it act similar to the Skip directives?
