Symantec Access Management

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I have a few ideas and plan to develop a few products or libraries using the CA SiteMinder and Identity Manager APIs. Once developed I intend to sell these.

What are the licensing issues regarding this? Any info or pointers appreciated.

  I can say that this is not the correct place for this.

  You may want to contact the sales team, they have a lot more information than we would as support engineers.

  On the plus side there have been many products that were developed external to CA, the first one that I am aware of is option pack one, it was later bought and added into our product as policy express. The latest that I have heard of is CA sigma, basically a TEWS client that merges IM and GM more seamlessly.
