BRM Integration with Service Desk

Good day,

I'm trying to integrate the BRM add-on with Service Desk. One of the requirements (as per the IT Service Management User Guide for Clarity 12) is the "The Service Desk incident’s configuration item matches a CA Clarity PPM Service ID".

Can someone tell me which field in Service Desk specifically need to match with CA Clarity's Service ID field for the Import Unicenter Service Desk Data Job to work correctly?
