Posting Flat Expense Transactions to Clarity

Does someone have experience with post equipment and external labor cost to a project. I want to avoid using timesheets and the expense need to be reflected against the project and project budget.

1) Equipment - Cost for Cisco equipment
2) Labor - Expense for external resources not posting time to Clarity. I have three contractor resources that report time to ChangePoint. I receive reports on their hours and cost. Contractor works for our company. Service department is charged internally via GL. If possible, I want to plug-in thier expense (hours, dollars) w/o using timesheets.
