Application Login issues

Hi All

We are facing a strange issue on one of the new VM allocated for PROD usage. The clarity installation was successful, all niku services up and running including NSA which is accessible. But while trying to access the application physical link (https://<servername>/niku/app), it throws login failure error. This happens for the admin account as well as for other LDAP enabled users.
Error:
"CMN-01002: User name and password invalid. Note that the password is case-sensitive."

The app log error is as below

We are running on clarity 12.0.5.5350

I have tried the below
1. Re-deployed niku services
2. Ran health check on NSA, no failure
3. Tried pinging DB server from this app server, pingable
4. SQLPLUS to DB server from this app server, connection going through without any error
5. Tried niku/proxool fromm app server, it gave the DB pool details
5. Rebooted the app physical server and tried but no luck :(

Any suggestion to help us with this greatly appreciated
