Question – when is it appropriate to utilize booking manager vs. instance rights? What are the pro's and con's of setting this one way or the other?

Booking Manager Field is mainly used when you are using formal and informal resource requisitioning. When a project manager is requesting a resource to fill a role that is associated to their project then the notification would go to the Booking Manager associated to that resource.
