A happy belated new year!
One of our functional managers found a (sales?) document on Calendar Integration and has asked for more information. This is a "CA Service", so I suspect a sales call is required to get any details but I wanted to check here first.
A search of the support site yields no further detail nor does a search of CA.com. The document I'm referencing can be found at

If anyone has any further information on this service, please chime in. We're interested in this vs. the SharePoint list integration with Outlook. I think we understand the differences - just trying to get a handle on what options are available.
