  • 1.  EVO (Enterprise Visibility Option) user starting Idea process

    Hello guys,

    We have created a new Idea process (new process set with "Idea" as its main object), and we are having trouble getting it to start triggered by a EVO user.

    As it's documented by CA, EVO users have the ability to create instances, view, start and participate in Idea processes.

    However, to start a process I need "Process - Start" access right, which gives this user a Team Member license.

    Am I missing something? Doing something wrong?

    Please help, we really need this.

    Gustavo,

    Got a chance to try trigerring an OOTB Process ?

    Also can you recheck if the Start Condition is satisfied when you are trying to trigger the process?
