I am new to Introscope so apologies if the question is a silly one .
I have a deployment where on a single tomcat server 20 web applications are hosted . When i install my java agent in the tomcat root , it reports the metrics of all the 20 applications . Can i restrict my agents
to report only a select few of the applications . I suspect the solution could be to run the few apps which are to be monitored in a separate JVM and then specify the agent to monitor that JVM .. not really sure how to do that .. or maybe there is a very simple solution on how to do this ...
any help is appreciated ...
