After a new install of CA Process Automation the Orchestrator service starts properly but the PAM login page does not display. The Internet Explorer browser returns a generic "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when trying to access PAM.
In the c2o.log file located under $ITPAM_HOME/server/c2o/log there is an error message showing: no inet4address associated with interface
