    The ITPAM Management Console has a default timeout of 15 minutes. This is good for security purposes because you don't want to leave that window logged in so that anyone can have access to ITPAM that sits at your computer. But 15 minutes can seem very quick when you are working in ITPAM for hours. This setting is in a file on the ITPAM server under the ITPAM install directory in the server/c2o/.config directory. The file is called OasisConfig.properties. This is one of the main ITPAM configuration files so extreme caution should be observed when editing this file. The timeout setting looks like this:

    managementconsole.timeout=15

    This setting is in minutes so for example setting this to 120 would be 2 hours.

    managementconsole.timeout=120

    Save the OasisConfig.properties file and restart the ITPAM Orchestrator service.
