Service Catalog Webservice Call Failure

I realize this is not a Process Automation question but I don't see any place to post Service Catalog stuff.

I'm in PA using the soap client to call the addTicketToRequestItem method of the RequestService in Service Catalog trying to associate a Service Desk Ticket to a Service Catalog Request Item and I get the following response:
"soapenv:Server.generalException Request, 11473, not found. com.ca.usm.soap.axisInterfaces.ItemNotFoundException stl-vcasdrept01"
11473 in the error message is the value sent as the requestItemID.
I have manually put valid info from an active service desk request into the Dynamic Parameters of the Soap client.

Attached is a test process. There are a few custom operators to load datasets and log into/out of the Service Catalog.
