Has anyone been able to manage Cisco UCS devices with Spectrum, but without the Virtual Assurance component? Because the devices don't support SNMP well, CA has made a Sysedge AIM available, which we recently installed. The AIM makes a lot of details about the UCS available in OneClick, but it doesn't seem to generate any alarms. For example we intentionally generated some faults by pulling drives, power supplies, etc. We can see that the AIM recognizes that these changes have occurred, but it doesn't generate any events or alarms.
I'm hoping that someone has had some success with this already, and can share some pointers, because the documentation on the AIM and how it should work is nearly non-existent.
