How to restrict Posted and Adjusted timesheet appear in BO report

Hi,

We are having a custom BO report which shows a resource timesheet based on time period start and end date.
If a resource had made some adjustment to his posted time sheet, then both Posted and Adjusted times are shown in report for a given period.

This makes the duplicate entry, how to restrict it.

We are using following columns to show :-
Time Entry Hours
Timesheet Status (Internal Timesheet status enum)
Timeperiod status
Time periods and resource name

All are showing based on project id and name.

Any idea is extremly appreciated.
