The clarity documentation says:

Ephemeral Ports
Defines the ephemeral (short-lived) port range. All operating systems specify an ephemeral port range by default. The traditional BSD range is 1024 through 4999, though the IANA suggests 49152 to 65535. It varies between operating systems, and it is possible to disable. CA Clarity PPM does not care what the range is, but it does require you enable a range. This is primarily for multicasting to function.

Can someone tell me where do i configure this range?
