Attach URL in ServiceDesk 12.5

I know how to use Process Automation to add a file as an attachment to a ticket in ServiceDesk (v12.5) but I also need to be able to ‘Attach a URL’.

I have looked at the available ServiceDesk webservice methods and found “attachURLLink”, is this the correct method to use?

If so what value should be used in docID when attaching to an Incident or Problem?
