  • 1.  Bitmaps Not Showing

    Every once in a while we have customers calling and telling us that most of
    the bitmaps on their panels are not displaying. You can see the button at the top of the grids but no image is shown.
    Sometimes they go out and come back in and it is just fine. Some days
    they will have a panel here or there that the bitmap images don't want to show up. This one is a hard one because of the
    radmoness of when it does it. Fine one day not the next. Then there will be a panels/grids whatever that some of the bitmaps show and others don't. It is happening
    on Windows7 and XP machines.

    You wrote that this problem occur if you used bitmap files. Did you try this with other filetypes too. e.g. jpg, png or gif files? There could be a problem with BMP files if you generate a  Web application.

    Are you able to reproduce this problem on your TEST systems? Do you know if the customers who are reporting this issue have the same problem with other non-Plex generated applications?
