Any Clarity/Agile shops out there using Rally as the sprint tracking tool?

Hello.

Our Clarity installation was originally designed to handle estimation, capacity planning, and financial management for Waterfall initiatives.
Flash forward and we are now working to introduce Agile efforts into the mix to help expedite delivery, improve communications with our business partners and identify potential issues as early as possible in the lifecycle.

The Agile Program team has selected Rally to be our sprint tracking tool. Rally will be used to manage Sprint Planning Meetings, Product Backlogs and Sprint Backlogs. Clarity will remain as our financial system of record used for business case, budget management and timekeeping.

We are now faced with the challenge of figuring out how to manage estimation, capacity planning and financial management by juggling two separate lifecycles and two separate planning tools.
