Compare Actuals to Planned (Estimates)

What is the best way to compare Task actual hours with the original ETC?

When a task is created and assigned we ask our developers to enter an ETC. Let's say John is assigned to Task A and entered an ETC of 10 hours. Two weeks later the task is completed with 15 actual hours. As John enter hours into the timesheet the ETC for the task would decrease. In order to mark that task as 100% the ETC must be zero. Is there a report or something that shows the original ETC compared to the actual hours? Ex: Task A ETC: 10 hours, Actuals: 15 hours, Variance 5 hours... Or something like that.

Thanks
