Recently, we started observing issues with CA Workload Automation System Agent mysteriously stops running or jobs will abort with out completing. It has been observed that RBAC on UNIX can hinder with normal functioning of the agent. Users may also observe that jobs get killed with unique exit codes.
If RBAC is required, then agent processes will have to be exempted to run unconditionally. The agent has two processes, cybagent and cybspawn, both will have to be allowed in the RBAC policies.
