Hello All,
One common request i have is to perform health check assessments for sites that have been using IM for period of 6 mo to many years.
There are several areas where performance gains may be made, from tasks that take less than 2 hours to more involved tasks that may take 2 weeks+.
This email focuses on the top seven (7) Basic / Quick Tactical Wins that may be leveraged to immediately provide relief and/or a better response of the IM solution.
Expected Effort is less than < 1 - 2 hour(s) per objective
The seven (7) objectives / quick wins are:
-TP cleanup
-Screen Indexes
-IM -> IMPS mappings
-JIAM Cache
-InMemoryEvaluation
-IMPS Logging reductions
-User Sync Options
I have create a small deck that focus ONLY on tasks that have high value and may be performed within a 1-2 hour time frame.
Please review and provide feed-back; as I have other performance hints that may assist.
Those tasks are advance, may take 1-2 weeks to implement per objective with the assistance of web application administrator and/or DBA.
