    Hi,
Im implementing a service assurance solution globally, and since the Spectrum Oneclick servers aren't accessible by everyone on the LAN IP.
I configured the global dns servers with the name, but after the oneclick jnlp file is downloaded and executed he tries to reach the ip address instead of the name.( example below)

Does anyone know how to change this?

    Best Regards
    Nuno

What happens when you link straight to the client?

    http://<dnsServerName>:<port>/spectrum/oneclick.jnlp

Does this work or is it still insistent on using the IP address?

I know our configuration launches to the dns name, but we entered dns names for all config (except the .hostrc - which seems to be adamant that is wants hostname only).

    Regards,

    Frank

Yes, actually that print screen was taken exactly trying to do that.

    Hi,

Was this a clean install or did the JNLP files exist already? If the later try to install again with the first call being to the hostname rather than IP address.
