    XA transactions are enabled at the database level (following the install guide) but errors occur when logging into ITPAM. Also the following is seen in the c2o.log:

    javax.transaction.xa.XAException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Failed to create the XA control connection. Error: "Could not find stored procedure 'master..xp_sqljdbc_xa_init_ex'."

    This can occur when the driver installed and the database and not both 32 or 64 bit. See the following tech doc for more information:
