In this course, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of CA Process Automation that support IT operations and production environments. The course covers the product architecture and the various components of the architecture such as operators, orchestrators, agents, and touchpoints. You will also be introduced to the various elements of process-related security, versioning, the ability to export and import objects and packages, while retaining the original folder structure, hierarchies, and paths, and how you implement calendars and schedules to enable you to configure when process or operator tasks run.
