Can't validate a process

Hello,
I've got a problem with validation of processes. I inserted custom script into a process, saved, submited and inserted parameters. Then when in validation I click on "Validate all and Activate" page is loading very long time and nothing happens. I tried even the button "Validate" but the same problem.
I also restarted bg and app, but it didn't help.
Clarity version is 12.1.1.1208,
Have someone got any advice?
