We are facing some strange issue with our two newly implemneted IIS server when using them as reduced sign on.

Basic Information of our environment:

We are using IIS 2008 Standrad server to provide the reduced sign on in our environment. NTLM helps in caturing the credential from AD and provide the initial authentication.

We have two environments here for distict set of users, sitting in different domains.

What the Issue is?

The machines which are sitting in non DMZ zones are able to resolve the NTLM and gets proper sign on for any users using two new RSO server.

Though the machines on Non DMZ are gving some strage error and NTLM is not get resolved. we are getting a basic authentication pop up window.

when we are cancelling the pop up window a message is getting displayed ""

"You do not have permission to view this directory or page."

Please Note:

We have exactly same configuration on existing and new server. All ports and permissions are same as in working and new non working server.

Please do let us know your idea on this. what could be the possiblity.

In case of any furthur clarification do let me know.
