Error  SQL Generic Operator :  Error binding variables: The index 1 is out

I'm using CA_ITPAM_3.1SP01. Within the JDBC module, I'm using SQL Generic Operator operator. I have the following statement:

SELECT id, persid, chg_ref_num
WHERE chg_ref_num = '63 '

The statement is executed correctly.

When I add the operator an input parameter, eg '63 ', but without changing the sentence.

The operator execution fails and sends the message:

Error binding variables: The index 1 is out of range.

This error occurs when I add an input parameter, without even in use in the SQL statement.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

Regards, David.
