Clarity

  • 1.  V13 "Learn"

    Hi,

    I received the following error when I click on v13 Learn on the upper right "Error 404 - Not Found. The requested document does not exist on this server. The document may have moved, been renamed, or be temporarily unavailable. Try retyping the URL or click the Back button and try another link." Does anyone know why?

    Hi All,

    Any suggestions here for Al? Is this CAPA maybe not installed/setup? You might check with Support as well.

    If CAPA is not installed should the icon be there?
    Is this on premise or on demand? If it is on premise then you should know. if it is on demand then verify with CA.
    If CAPA is installed is it confgured and is there content?

    Al,

    I had this issue with my On Demand environment. I opened a ticket and support discovered the CAPA content was uploaded but the link to the where the content was stored was incorrect. Everything worked fine once Support fixed the link.
