Getting an error message while adding GL account to line item

When i tried to add GL account and cost center for a line item in the cost plan though edit mode
I am getting error message like the SS attached,but somehow the cost center value is updated in the line item not the GL account
My guess the GL account and cost center should be related this line item.
But i don't know where do we see the assocaition between the line item and GL account , cost center.
