Application URL points to NSA

I hope this is a simple one and that it is a lack of caffeine on my part of looking over something. First, the back story -- Clarity is set up on two servers when we notice that publishing and other items showed up for one person but not another. After investigation, it was found that the bind address was not set in the NSA. Set the bind address to both servers IP addresses and they seem to be talking to each other now.

The problem is that now when we try to use the application link, it takes us to the NSA url. Obviously all of the urls are set correctly on both servers in the NSA and all other settings are correct.

Have anyone else seen this behavior? I have tried recycling everything, removing and re-adding services with no luck. I just want to be able to get to the application again.
