  • 1.  From a process PAM attach a file to a CA SDM ticket

    Hello,


    Is it possible from a process ITPAM attach a file to a ticket CASDM?. There any operator that allows me to do this.

    Also if from a Request From Interaction can be designed to enable the user to selecting the file to attach.

    I wanted to do the same thing with emails that I was processing through PA.

    CA support sent me a custom operator which allows you to attach a file to a SD ticket.
