export group/global rights to another global/group

so do you suggest just copy this file to another instance of Clarity ?

please i need to export from one Clarity global rights (also group rights) to another clarity where i am now creating groups.
could you please describe how to do it? i red i need to use xog.

Rights can be associated (and XOGged) at various places in the system depending on the access right.

e.g. To transfer "system groups" (and all their access rights) you would just need to look at the standard "groups_read.xml" and "groups_write.xml" which come as part of the XOG client install.
