Error with Cost Plan Detail v13 SP2

Good Morning Everyone,

Has anyone encountered this issue based on TEC567425

I tried the workaround and it doesnt work. What I did notice is that it only happens for users who had configure their time scale view prior to the upgrade. If a user has rights to cost plans and they never configured their time scale view for cost plan details they do not encounter the error message.

Any help I can get would be great, I created a ticket with CA and they are trying to troubleshoot as well. Would it make sense to xog out the cost plan detail object and then xog it back in.
