Clarity Services not restarting after server reboot

Hi All,

Our company has a Microsoft patching schedule they run for all our servers (production and Non-production). Generally this requires a reboot after the servers have been patched.

I had set all the services to start automatically (via Windows services.msc), restart on fail and provided a service account that has rights to do all of this. However, after the server reboot, the Clarity services are switched back to Manual start. Is there a configuration that is part of the Apache server start up that is overwriting these service settings? If not, has anyone else run into this situation and been able to resolve it?

Clarity PPM v13 R1 is what we are running.

I thank you in advance for your assistance.
