    Hello all.

All fields in our installation with data type equals to "Money" have the format #.###,##

However, the field "Change in Cost" of "Change Request" object has data type equal to "Money" too, but it is shown with the format ####.##

How can we change the format of this field to be the same of the rest of money fields ?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I think comparing the attribute definition could be simpler

1 - Attach a screenshot with the definition of any attribute of type "Money"
2 - Attach a screenshoot with the definition Change in Cost or Change Request
3 - This attributes have the same decimal places or configuration?
4 - As these values are stored in the database? as are shown on the UI?

    Saludos

    Hello

1.- I have attached the screenshot with the definition of the attribute Budgeted Cost (Idea) It's a standard attribute
2.- I have attached the screenshot with the definition of the attribute Change In Cost (Change Request) It's a standard attribute
3.- Both of them are standar attributes and have locked the properties
4.- These values are stored on the same way in the database (1234,56)

    Thanks.

For "Budgeted Cost", "Idea object", the "Currency Code Location" points to "Reference another attribute of this object" > "Currency Code"
For "Change in Cost", "Change Request object", the "Currency Code Location" points to "Default Currency Code"

    Just wondering again,,,
Shouldn't the currency format be one of those things that are defined globally when you set the user locale?

We have opened a issue to CA because talking to personal of CA Support we have noticed that this field is shown correctly in the "Change Request List" but not in the subpages and this has no sense.

    Thanks.
