XOG BPM PROCESS VERSIONING

Hi!

I am in the following situation: I have a set of processes in PROD that are running with some running instances .
Now I have an update and I would like to store the new version of the Process.
I would like to achieve at least one of the following targets:

CASE 1
I have the process at version 1 and two running instances.
PROCESS1_V1 with PROC_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1, PROC_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1
After the Update I would like to have two version of the same process (I do not know if it is possible)
PROCESS1_V1 with PROC_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1,PROC_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1
PROCESS1_V2 with no instance

At this time I expect that as soon as I start a given process I will have the following scenario
PROCESS1_V1 with PROC_v1_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1, PROC_v1_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1
PROCESS1_V2 with PROC_v2_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1

Is it possible?

CASE 2
Simply I would like to be able to force the CASE 1 status switching on my own risk, to the old instances to the new one:
PROCESS1_V1 with with no instance
PROCESS1_V2 with PROC_v1_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1, PROC_v1_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1, PROC_v2_INSTANCE_RUNNING_1

Could someone help me?

thanks
