Capturing user who rejected from an action item

Hey guys, here's the situation. In the middle of a workflow process on the project object, there is an action item being sent to a bunch of users (let's say senior management). The action item has 2 options - approve/reject. When the action is a reject, we are trying to capture the user who issued the reject and store it in an attribute called "rejector" in the project object right there. Has anyone attempted to do such actions in a process?? Any ideas??
