Help XOG filter on project resource allocation

Reading out projects via XOG, I have the following args
<args name="include_resources" value="true"/>
<args name="include_allocations" value="true"/>
<args name="include_estimates" value="true"/>
<args name="include_actuals" value="true"/>
What I want to do is only include those resources that are allocated more than 0% to the project, and can see in the XML Write file a “defaultAllocation” attribute
<Project name="XXCproject" projectID="80CC" format="11" start="2003-01-01T00:00:00" finish="2004-01-01T00:00:00">
<Resources>
<Resource resourceID="joeTime" availFrom="2003-01-01T00:00:00" availTo="2003-03-01T00:00:00" openForTimeEntry="1" bookingStatus="5" requestStatus="1" defaultAllocation=".7" projectRoleID="manager"/>
</Resources>
<Tasks>
<Task name="Effort" taskID="effortID" outlineLevel="1">
<Assignments>
<TaskLabor resourceID="joeTime"/>
</Assignments>

I’ve tried adding a filter
<Filter name=" defaultAllocation " criteria="BETWEEN">0.1,1</Filter>

But this fails with an XML name error.

Any info on how to filter to only include resources that are allocated more than 0% on the projects.
