The following error occurs after your try to login to Process Automation?
SERVER_CONNECT_FAILED Status Code: 400
This error is most likely to occur after you apply a CA Process Automation upgrade or patch. Clear the browser cache and restart the browser. For Internet Explorer go to \Internet Options\General and click "Delete" under browser history.
You may also see the error:
SERVER_CONNECT_FAILED Status Code: 12030
In this case please follow the steps below.
1. Stop PAM service
2. Delete browser cache
3. Delete temporary files in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
4. Restart PAM service.
