Imagine then be able to create a catalog/category after months of work, deploying it in the tool and find that users are not finding what they need ... What a thing eh?
Yeah. With this in mind we decided to innovate by creating a new service catalog interface within the tool with fully native resources (HTMPL, PDM_LIST, Javascript, JQuery, etc.) of CA SDM. Every investment comes down to two HTMPL files included in the folder site / mods.
In addition to the visual and simplified while "different", are displayed contextual information of each request that inform the user a real service prediction based on shifts of resources involved, last requested requests, average assessment of satisfaction surveys, Search intelligent heuristics and other really cool improvements.
