· Enhancement of Service Request Management in CA Service Desk Manager.
· Enhancements of Change Management, new Simplified Change Request form Group for Support Analysts.
· Enhancement in Self Service Change Request for Employee CR/ SQA Employee.
· Implementation of security for Sensitive data in CA Service Desk.
· Implementation of Notifications in CA Service Desk Manager.
· Development Business Workflow Process (Application Transfer, New Virtual Server Request Process and Enhancement of Standard Database Process).
· Creating custom Operators using SOAP Web Services in IT PAM.
