CA World 2018is just around the corner, November 12-16, and is moving toMiami, Florida. The CA Service Management (CASM) track is the place to share experiences with others, learn about best practices and get answers to your questions - last year we had hundreds of attendees with a focus on ITSM.

Call for Speakers
We are looking for speakers for 30-minute sessions. If chosen to speak, you will receive a free conference registration. Click on the icon to the left orclick hereto submit your session for consideration. You can find CA Service Management under the Agile Management track. Some ideas for sessions include:
CASM best practices that drive adoption or increase value
Non-IT use cases (e.g. Facilities, AV, Human Resources, Finance, customer facing applications)
Leading edge technology used with CASM (e.g. analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, AI, etc.)
Stories that show specific quantifiable value and why you succeeded
Success stories on the use of xFlow or other specific capabilities
Value derived from integrations between CASM and other tools (e.g. infrastructure monitoring, business apps, etc.)
