The Request Catalog in Cloud Service Management looks best with modern and colorful icons. We know it's difficult sifting through clip art or approved images, so we came up with a set of the most commonly requested catalog items and zipped them up for you.
After you download and unzip the images, go to Ticket Templates in Manage-Administration-Tools and Add a new image for your templates. Ensure that the permissions of the ticket template are set correctly so your users can see the item in their Request Catalog
