SECUREDBEXP script replaces usernames, passwords, user first/last name, user groupnames, companies and department info with generic values.
This script produces a master database dump (vdcdb.<date>.<time>.bz2) without this sensitive information.
This script will NOT overwrite the system backups under /opt/VDC.BACKUP

HOW TO:
Note this script must be run only on the master database server. It can be run as "root" or "vdc" user.
This script is compatible with all versions between 4.7 and 4.10.

1. chmod +x securedbexp
2. ./securedbexp destination_directory
Note: Ensure both destination_directory and /usr/local/pgsql has plenty of free space. The script will check this space prior to the execution

To upload the standard DB/APP backup to CA support, ignore the file vdcdb* from backup set (/opt/VDC.BACKUP) and use the file generated by securedbexp instead.
