Navigation enabled from an alert popup to the Alert Queue and Customer tabs for a non-modelled CI
Removal of service and CI data from Service Availability, Service Health, Service Quality, Service Risk reports using Business Objects
CA SOI Report upgrade from version 3.2 to version 3.3 is enabled without uninstalling the existing report component.
