CA UIM Connector provides Maintenance Mode southbound updates to UIM.
Flexible CI support is available in the UIM connector
Extended UIM alarm properties mapping available in the UIM connector
Windows authentication mode introduced to connect UIM MS SQL database to the UIM connector.
Configurable queue name for the UIM connector
Service Now Connector is now certified on Service Now Eureka release.
Java 8 support for CA SOI
Tomcat 7.0.62 is now supported to help eliminate the exposure to POODLE and other potential vulnerabilities associated with previous standard TOMCAT versions.
CA SOI Console performance enhanced.
Precise data generation for Quality, Risk, and SLA reports.
Oneclick console retains the user credentials.
Event policy can be searched by using the criteria with equal sign (=).
User attributes are retained when an alert is updated.
Successfully save and deploy an event policy for EI connectors.
CA SOI sends “Take Action” email via a SMTP server.
Frequency of removing the ActiveMQ server log files optimized to prevent any impact on alert processing.
Automatic un-acknowledgement of updated alerts is now rectified.
