Download your Products
Your company has assigned one "technical contact" in their contract.

That person will receive the Electronic Software Delivery Notification Email from CA Software Delivery at the close of your contract or contract renewal.

The ESD email contains your enterprise site id, contract number and other information you may need in order to register and download your products.  

Step 1

Register with CA Technologies to gain access to the CA Support Portal at ca.com/register.  

Select "Enterprise Support Access" and enter your Enterprise Site ID that you received with your CA Electronic Software Delivery email.

If you have trouble registering, click the "Chat" button from the registration form and a Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you.

Step 2

Once your registration has been processed, log into http://support.ca.com and select "Download Management" from the main page.  

From here you will be able to to access the latest release of your products.
