Welcome to the brand new SNAP community.  This new community is feature rich and will allow us to collaborate on a new level.  I am confident to say that you will get to experience the power of community, right here.  Here are some tips for helping you get started:


  1. Content from the old SNAP community was not migrated over.  This is a fresh, brand new community!
  2. Learn more about Registering and Logging In to the CA Community --> Registering and Logging In
  3. Instead of joining a community and subscribing to message boards, you follow them.  Be sure to 'follow' the new SNAP community --> Read this to learn more about Following
  4. Follow me, your CA Community Manager!  --> MelissaPotvin
  5. Message Boards are now 'Discussions'.   Each thread is listed as it's own discussion.   Learn More about the different types of content in the community --> Choosing the Right Type of Content  also read --> Where to Find Content, People, and Places
  6. Profiles have a new look and feel.   Please DO set up your profile --> Your CA Communities Profile
